DQ reward system has not been rolled back

With the rollback of Morai I lost all my event gold and items bought from the DQ reward system over the last few days. The worst thing of all however is that the DQ points I spend have not been rolled back.
Since I was told the DQ reward system will soon be deleted fully, I spend all my DQ point (about 3.5M) which I accumulated in the 3 years I have been playing PWI. Now they are gone and thanks to the rollback I have nothing in retuirn. Imagine my disappointment. b:sad
A rollback in itself is bad enough, but if you are gonna do it, please roll back everything!!

what she means is that the DQ Page Points 3.5m accumulated in a considerable amount of time (not only the last 2 days) is now empty, and the items bought with this event gold are gone.

Basically if what she says is true she got ripped for more than 2days of dq points (and the webpage didnt "rolled" her points back).

File a support ticket for that - the DQ sale logs will show that you've spent points prior to the rollback and those items will have been lost. I'm sure if you ask nicely, the GMs will reimburse either the DQ points or the items purchased. Same for cash-shopped items.
