Dreamchaser Gear Drops?

Is there some kind of secret to getting these to drop?

I've been running bh29 all day trying to get a **** alt the level 30 dreamchaser gear.

First kill got me the Bow, which I needed, as well as a few pieces of the Magic set that I just left on the floor.

Since that first kill, every subsequent kill has dropped not a single thing at all.

I've been alternating between different alts for resets for a few hours and I even did a few kills for people looking for the BH. All resulted in no drops at all.

So... Is there some kind of secret to making it drop or is my luck just as crappy as my life?

What's your level? The higher you (or highest squad member, whoever that is) are over the boss's level, the less likely he is to drop stuff.
