New skills not what description says?

I was wondering if any other BM is feeling like the 2 new skills tiger leap and army crusher does low damage?. Army crusher and tiger leap does half the damage demon fissure does for me and tiger leap is supposed to be 400% weapon damage.
and army crusher is not hitting as hard as it should,
i tried the skills over n over again on a friend and on mobs and the results was the same.

Is there anyone feeling the same?

    I think it's just you. My Ferocious Leap does pretty good damage for my current gear, which is not that great. (around 20k+ with the DoT).

    I can't say about Army Crusher because I have yet to get it, as sage FoF is being a pain to get.


    EDIT: Sage Army Crusher adds additional damage, while demon adds range, so I think that's why it might seem underpowered to you.

    but thats so wierd tho, since both skills does half the damage for me when using fissure, army crusher should be almost even with fissure and tiger leap should be doing more damage then demon fissure.
