Upgrade question

For Perfect World, have they added armour, weapon and rings/belt upgrading systems, because if they havent then why don't they add an armour upgrading system, where you use the Human or Earth celestone and some money to upgrade the armour you like to your level, like lvl 2 armour for level 12 and upgrade it to level 7 or 8 for level 60 or 70 etc. same with swords.
it'll be useful to those who like the look of their old armour or sword.

    They could also just introduce weapon fashion and fashion that looks like armour.

    Though that'll never happen on the official servers.
