Well, is it true that there's like 10 hours till it starts? It says that it will be anounched on 9:30, but wont start untill 20:00?

New Years Sky Flame Festival Event 12/30 @ 10 AM PST
And text says
At 09:30, there will be System Announcement AND At 20:00, the Unity Coordinators will appear.

Nothing PWE makes these days have any sense...god damn festival and god ******* damn NPC...and PWE with the news and event update...**** it man...its a big BS !

I checked PWdatabase for the coordinates of the NPCs but they are not where the coordinates state they should be.
