Disconnection issues

Hi, I've been playing on RT and for the last two days been disconnecting around every ten minutes. Decided to go play on Morai for a while and after about twenty minutes disconnected. I've played for quite a long time and havn't had this problem before, also ping going in Red numbers :( Just wondering if it is just me or anyone else suffering? Grateful for any replies.

    I've noticed a lot of latency across several games over the past couple of days. A lot of it is because of increased traffic overloading some regional routers.

    The only way to find out for sure if it's you, or the internet, is to run a traceroute.
