Primordial Blood - only 2 per day?

Is there any other quest around that gives primordial bloods? Apparently it's only 2 .

    Penguin shopekeeper daily quest gives 1
    2 x lvl 100 dailies give 1 each
    lvl 80 primal world daily give 1

    Ummm not sure others ~ I think gold reward for the santa quest had chance for primordial blood.

    where is the level 80 one o.o been all over the map and only can get the card and the viti one @96 atm
