About the passive books on Primeval World...

EDIT: Typo at the title... Primal World lol.


So I've got a passive skill book called Endless Breeze which increases my skill damage by 2% at the sacred mirror on primeal world. But I can't seem to be able to increase it past lvl 1...


How do I upgrade this passive? Do I have to get another Endless Breeze book to do it, or do I have to increase my Arcane Sky further? (I'm at IV atm)

    You have to rebuy the book to upgrade it, and if you look at the book it will tell you at what lvls it can be learned

    Yeah, I've noticed it. Just wanted to confirm it, so that I wouldn't waste my primordial bloods for nothing.
