Reincarnation? Arcane Sky?

What does all of this mean? Is Reincarnation obligatory and does it make you lose your money and items? Does it change back the number of slots you have in your inventory/cage and all that stuff? Does you HP and points go down again after the reincarnation? And do you have to redo all the old quests again?

    No, reincarnation is not mandatory, nor does it cause you to lose any money or items. It does not change your inventory, bank or cage slots. You can use level 100 pots after reincarnation. Any quests you've completed are not available for redoing. Your cultivation remains as it was before reincarnation.
