Rotflesh Trench failing

LifeAfterDth - Heavens Tear

I decided to go see how this works out for me with a lvl 79 awakened toon. I went through it all once and everything succeeded. I was awarded 10 metals as i was the only one there but since then it now fails at each stage and you get no reward. Quest list isnt full, bag isnt full and i dont know what changed. I tried it in squad, out of squad, had someone else try and it failed for them. I even tried with an unawakened toon and fails. Anyone else ran into this yet?

LOL, Ditto. Not sure how long before I discovered it and mentioned it here on the forums that it was actually broken. You don't see anyone out there these days because they're all wasting time in FCC.
