Something besides FC...?

Frost Cover has been the primary way to level for a very very long time, and with no other instances to run, this gets very boring. It would be a good way to keep people interested in playing, if levelling was not so monotonous. I know there are other methods for exp, but as the primary instance it gets old fast. Maybe add another instance with similar properties, but a different map and scenery?
