Passives, and New skills...

Hello all.

I've reawakened, leveled some, and I have the upgrade for regeneration aura. My question is....how do I get the other skills, and the passives?

I do not know what npc offers the quest to do so, or what npc offers the passives.

Any help on this matter would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. b:thanks

u gotta level your Arcane Sky thing to upgrade them. and u buy them with primal blood on primal world, at Cauldron NPC
