Me and many others are unable to complete Mulberry's Whisper. Everything is fine until we hand in for the reward. Says player is too low a lvl. I have not rebirthed yet and am lvl 101. Everyone is having this problem before and after rebirth.

    Mulberry quest showed the person was too low level even at lv105 so this is definitely bugged.

    I've been told that (like the Meridian daily we used to have) it has been altered to level 150 which is what they do to remove quests. This still makes no sense to me, as with the others they changed to 150 you couldn't TAKE it unless you were 150... this one you only can't turn in. I hope it is a bug. It was one of the only things I did each day besides standing around chatting.
