They aren't ok imo. Both are trash if you compare them to something like seal of the gods, clean sweep, ancestral rage, blood vow etc.

^^ I'm guessing this person doesn't know how to play a wizard well.b:bye

On-topic Elemental Invocation is very useful on Barbs to lower they're Mana! I find this effective in TW/NW/and PVP.

So you're saying the 100 skills are great compared to the level 100 skills of other classes? Not sure if trlling or just very stupid. They're pretty bad for level 100 skills and just because 1 of them has some uses it doesnt mean they're good. Other classes got way better lvl 100 skills and that's a fact

Obviously you can't read well but might as well list this. Found here

    Elemental Invocation

Required Class: Wizard Required Cultivation: Celestial Sage/Celestial Demon
    Required Skill: None
    Required level: 100

A combined attack utilizing water, fire, and earth
magic to damage the enemy and reduce their Mana as well as Chi.

As for the other skill Manifest Virtue I don't really see too many other wizard use it because of long cool down on it. I wouldn't necessarily say that BOTH skills are "Bad", because its misguiding. b:bye

Elemental invocation can be nice for killing catas/flag bearers. The chi drain on it is huge. Unfortunately, it can also be purified so it requires killing the cleric first to be its most effective. (And also remembering its there, something I struggle with at times) It also can help to nullify the effect of the barb chi gaining skill.

Manifest virtue has an annoyingly long cooldown, but if you have a lot of magic and have used wellspring quaff, its actually a good magic buff, it lasts 30 seconds and gives a pretty significant boost. My magic damage without it is roughly 26-29k, with it it goes to about 37-41k (cant log in right now to check the exact numbers) That lasts for 30 seconds. However, its still not going to have the damage amp that you get from a spark or from trapping someone in ice prison so use it sparingly and think about the situational value.

If you plan on using either, keeping wellspring quaff going helps. (I try to remember to use it before TW and NW, and rebuff it as the opportunity presents itself)
    xSonOfCircex-105/103/102 Sage Wiz
    DrakeEmpress-101/102/103 Sage Cleric
    Gaygasm-101/101/101 Sage Stormbringer

Because I can't stand playing melee classes
