Mulberry Heart Level Requirements ?

Is there some reason my level 101+ characters are unable to do the daily Mulberry Heart quest?

I tried to turn it in and it states my level is too low. My two main characters are over level 100..wth?

    Setting quests to require level 150 seems to be the new way of disabling them. Eh.

    I couldn't report it at lvl105 when I tried to do it today lol.
