dragon orbs revisited again

I made a post about not receiving dragon orbs. I had 3 smart *** comments, but no resolution. The thread was closed. I have asked repeatedly about things in the game and have not yet received a straight answer from anyone with any kind of authority. I have submitted tickets for several things, and they are "being looked into".

There is no commitment to fixing things or satisfying the "customer" with this game. Am I not allowed to voice my displeasure with PWI?

    Then keep sending tickets to reach the people who are actually closest to changing stuff. The only thing you're doing on the forums is pissing off the community and the unpaid volunteer mods.

    Your "people with authority" don't even read the forums.

    although DoD does. and he's a person that can send these things further to people with authority whilst support never seem to do anything even after 50 tickets but send a bot response again and again

    to the OP the forum does not care about your issues so try to keep your problems with your private emails and tickets with pwe.The dOrb and anything else you may complain about is old news man..so just chill,breath and deal with it.
