Question about NW

Hello all
So..the short story is..

I decide to go solo on Nation wars. I was doing pretty good , even had some pretty fun battles.
I could say I had 80% of battle as Victory. In all battle I spend more than 5-10 min..even up till 20min.

-So anyways at end my nation got first and I had more than 11k points but ...0 Supply tokens
-My boyfriend went on NW too as solo..fell asleep after 30min and his nation ended 3rd or 4th (don't remember) he had 2-3k points... and even at end he got 12 supply tokens
-My friend who was same Nation with me got 6k point (as she said) and got supply tokens

So why i didn't got anything ?..i don't understand

I Send ticket about that...lol
Support staff basically said - I didn't won any battle...I spend less than 2 min in battle.. i didn't had enough personal credit
I tried to send ticket few more times (2-3 times) but they still answer the same

Yes too bad i didn't took screenshot , but cant they check it them self? I mean with codes and stuff or something?

And other thing i wanted to know is..umm How they decide to who give supply tokens and to who not?

Im not trying to QQ or anything ( f:laugh well ok maybe 2h of waste f:fume ) but anyways I just want someone to explain their...system

Sounds weirds... It could happen for some reasons but if what you describe is true then you should have earned some tokens.
Did you DD on some targets or just purge/amplify/whatever ? Because this is the only explanation I could find...

I did fight with ppl. I had few pretty fun fights
I carried flags, dig crystals

thats why i dont understand..why my bf who fell asleep and was 3rd or 4th place with nation ..still got tokens
and friend who was in same nation as me..got tokens xD

I just want someone to like explain
cuz it makes no sense what Support staff answers

Actually you can't really compare with your bf if he was in another nation because even if your nation was first and even if you got more points than him it could be possible (in theory) that you get less tokens since this is also related to other people in your nation.

However, you should obviously have had more tokens than your friend who was in the same nation.

Its pretty known glitch how it at times wont send reward, never happened to me but known it happened to lot of ppl I know time or the other. As most time, least in past, people didnt get the rewards due meeting criteria, staff tends to ignore the glitch.

My 1st char 1st place got 12k points and 0 token . i won some battles but i dont do anything like i was afk for the whole event teleing from map to map.

on other hand my 2nd char place 2nd or 3rd not sure about it, got 13k and some token ( i was focus on this char )I do dd/tanking/digging/killing/dieing etc.

My opinion - base on the 2 char i have . 1 st char since it was 1st place they might required higher points and 12k is not enough to avail tokes. while on 2nd char since it was 2nd or 3rd the required points to avail token must be really less.

I had a similar issue as well. Next time you do nw, when you are in the battle. Press M. On the top right there if battle time and fight time

Try to ensure your total fight time is over 5 minutes total. In the crystal fight, that person could have soloed the crystals, battle time would be 15 minutes. Because s/he did not attack anyone, their fight time is 0. If all your nation war fights are like that, chances are you will get 0 nation war tokens. People are still trying to confirm the times and variables.

I had the same thing happen to my sin, while i was duoing on my bm. My bm got a good 180 tokens, but my sin got 0 with 15k contribution. I am guessing it was fight time issue.

If you have a self buff that is spammable, spam that skill. For us bm that is our marrows and bell (for the rich mp bm)

You can check this thread for detailed information on "nation war maths"

Just keep a lookout on those two numbers. Ensure your fight time is above 5 minutes next time, attack the npc to get more fight time.

well yah some where 2min (cuz it was started before) some 5min (cuz no enemy) and 2 battles were 20min..from which i got max points


Gm did kinda shortly explain how they calculate the points
but they said to me that i wasn't in battle more than 2 min or that i had rly few points and that i probably was in nation which was in last place

totally oposit what i said in ticket

basically its the same copy/paste text what they send to my friend long time ago..idk if they even read that i said i was in battle 20 mins ;/, or that i had 11k points or that i even was in nation which won

battle time = how long a fight takes

fight time = how long you deal damage, take damage, use skills in each battle

It could be your fight time was low. Even though you were in long battles, in those battles you did not spend enough time attack others or being attacked by them.

In the future, run up to other side, like in the crystal map. Press ctrl and auto attack on the npc, and just dd on the npc. That will count as fight time.

If you attack the npc opposite your spawn points in the flag map, you get the same results.

Try that out, and see if it helps you next time. Now i ensure to attack on the npc to get my fight time up.

thing is..every time im in squad i never fight..either i dig crystals or take flag

i went to solo just to do PvP (but yah i did took flags and crystals too when i had chance)

I never did so much fighting before

My ranking in battles were 3-8 of 20 ppl

so the time i do sooooo much pvp since i went solo...i got nothing...it doesnt make sense

To the OP:

I think the best way to avoid getting 0 tokens is to enter a few bridge battles. The amount of the time you expend there hitting the towers should be enough to have enough battle time for a reward.

ik i always get pretty OK points in bridge battle..even if i dont like them

You're exaggerating your activity. Every single person who has ever complained on the forums about getting 0 tokens either spent very little time inside or were spamming AFK alts to leech off battles.

If you are legitly participating in NW for more than an hour you always get tokens. There is no glitch.

Yes my BF have same IP as i do...why? because we live together
and he fell asleep cuz he was tired
its so no excuse for PWI thinking its my alt being afk in base


Since we have same IP..then why pwi gave me tokens before..and not in that NW?

Cause for that NW you probably didn't meet the requisites, having ''fun'' is not one of them.

Maybe you did good, maybe you had enough wins, maybe you had enough credit, but you probably didn't had the 5 minutes battle time which is not be in a battle of 5 minutes +.

Many people say ''I was in a battle that did last 20 minutes'', it doesn't mean you had 5 minutes battle time.

As someone did mention you can see your battle time of a war by pressing ''M'' on the right corner.

If you want make sure you will win tokens do that:
Join bridge battles and let the towers attacking you for more than 7 min, or go in flag's battles and fight the npc for more than 7 min
Kill at least one person
Win at least one battle

Of course when i had chance i did dig crystals or took flag cuz im pretty fast i believe

so how come before..when i was in squad i had no fight mostly..no 1v1 or any other much.. rest of the squad was the one killing while i dig or take flag

so this time when im the one whos killing or being killed..and actually having fun on PvP ..i dont get any point ;/


probably from the 20min battle..my battle time was 14-16min..because i didnt took long to buff up my self and nix

But Support Staff says i need to have at least 2min of my battle in fight

If you want make sure you will win tokens do that:
Join bridge battles and let the towers attacking you for more than 7 min, or go in flag's battles and fight the npc for more than 7 min
Kill at least one person
Win at least one battle

i did join bridge battle..at first it was 2 vs 8..then 8 vs 8..and then 10 vs 1..and we won..was at least 15min battle pretty long

I must admit bridge aint my favorite but it does give OK points better than flag one..in my case


In that NW i won 80% of my battle...i killed loads of ppl
i spend loads of time in each battle 2 (cuz they already started)-20min(joined in first min) even ..and in those battle i had fight right after i buff up my self and my nix

Anyways I give up on this, its not like Support Staff will care or will do anything about that (just too bad it was 2h/pot/ charm waste)

I guess I believe having same IP with my bf this time was a prob cuz he went afk (sleeping)..or maybe pwi just..hates me

I Know my truth how I did that NW ;/ I really didn't went afk
Had really lots of fights and long ones

But I guess I will do what i did before..join squad, take flags/ dig crystals..get lil bit less personal credit but at least get tokens ;D

I thought you figured out that by now that you were not the only one trying that jumping from map to map with the alt/main and fighting with the "bf toon" i mean main/alt. (Don't take it bad was just a joke.)

Well to be honest I tried once to take an alt and do what you did and of course I got to the end of NW and got 0 tokens with 15k contribution, difference is that i didn't sent a ticket complaining of a glitch when there's none, much less i came to the forum QQing and make myself look like a fool.

PS: After that try I never again got an alt inside even tho i know there's people that do it, I just focus on my main and don't lose time with an alt.

Yah me too i tried using alt once too, of course 0 tokens (i dont understand how others got 100+ tokens on alts) anyways...since then i gave up on it too..waste of time

Lol i dont like to repeat my self ...but of how i explained how i did NW..it just doesn't make any sense that i got 0 supply tokens (since i did everything what is needed to actually get points)

I always dual client in NW with my sin and mostly I go alone. Both toons get tokens.

In order to get tokens,
Forget the winning in at least one battle, obviously we'll be in way more than 1 winning battle

Either just easily capture 2 flags or have 5+ minutes battle time.

Battle time counts as soon as you receive damage. You don't get any battle time if you just kill/attack and not get touched. You also don't get battle time if you get 1 shotted.
