Ok so 4 december i got plunderded by someone.. dont know who or what.
i was R9rr+10/11 Star Destiny+1def lvl add-on and had 800mil coins in the bank...

I send like so many tickets and dont get any respond back...
Anyone has any idea WTF i should do for PWE to help or at least INSPECT what happendb:surrender

i send tickets only responce they gave is scan ur comp and change password... Duhhh i did that nothing to be found... i am not that stupid :S

LF people that had this happend to them and can help me get in touch with GM's its over 1 week now and still on the same spot... No where... thats your reward for spending a **** load of money on this game....

    Bind your gear and set a code on your bank. then it couldnt have happend.
    All the options are there and were before. Do you want them to compensate you for not using them?

    This is what happens when you practice poor security, or share your account information. I'd bet the person involved is someone you know.

    Every time you send a new ticket, or update a ticket before it's assigned to someone sends it right back to the end of the line.
    There's also the 3-5 business day response period that so one here seems to be able to understand.

    Change your password on both your account, and you e-mail. Set a safe code. Use complex passwords, and don't ever share your info again. Also avoid using your login info on sites that aren't official sites.

    As to getting your stuff back. It's not likely to happen. Once in a blue moon you will get a GM that may give you something, but typically, it's your loss. Don't share your info and you won't have that happen.

    its funny to see how Gm (support stuff) work now
    2 friends who got **** in time when there was maintenance


    1st Person more than 1 year ago..probably 2 year ago got **** when it was maintanance
    all his money and gear was gone..For support stuff it took 5 days to reply and return all what he had


    2nd Person not long ago got **** ,when it was maintenance, Gm already Respond that
    wont return stuff...dont share acc..blah blah (she didnt share acc)
    and it probbaly will take 3 month to get all back if she is lucky




    Support stuff i guess is pretty well know..that..if they return something then ONLY items..never the coin

    well that's bs, they return everything

    as i noticed- u just need to keep sending tickets till they get tired and return u every tiny penny

    took me 10 tickets to get my money back

    conclusion: pwi is truly a **** support

    Have you tried their phone? A friend of mine said it helped him. I never tried, so I can't personally vouch for them, but might be worth a try.

    did you bump your ticket down 16 times in over 2 months, sending about 2 tickets per week? or did you actually wait for a whole 2 months after the LAST ticket >.>

    cause my last ticket i got my response in 3hrs....(and no not the automated response)

    You can also set code for your gear, game will ask for it in case somebody tries to remove it from ''Equip'

    i only sent in new repsonses after getting confirmed answers. by the same old bot. so no they did not get pushed back to the back of the ticket queue

    you should NOT send new responses after you get the reply from the 'same old bot'
