Title quest help!

I accidently abandoned my third title quest, the quest you do to get the Fiery Vanguard title. When i go back to the stonepile in northwest archo im not able to retake the quest. How do i do to retake the quest? is it even possible?b:surrenderb:surrenderb:pleased
