Support Link Not Working - Trying to Report 2 Bots for 9 days.

There are two bots in an area where I grind and I first bumped into them on November 9th in the Desecrated Lands at and around: 422, 541 (sin) and 431, 519 (veno)

One is a Venomancer using a Phoenix and one is a Assassin. Veno has R9 ring, both are continually there, both run in and up into mountains and often get stuck.

I click their names to report them, and nothing. I have screen shots where they come over to kill my mobs, and I ask them to stop - and nothing. They both are in a squad and I have a screen shot where they are killing a mob and both picking up the items.

When I click on the Support link on the PWI site, it is broken. I wrote to a PWI support email I found on November 29th - which seems to not be the correct one.

First, please go to this spot and you can see the bots. These large mobs (Infernal Apes) are what I am leveling myself and my pets on and are weak to wood.

They are there when I log in the morning before work and when I get off work to grind and when I play on the weekends, so are not very hard to find.

Please let me know the correct email so that I can submit in my growing amount of screen shots.

I normally ignore bots, but these two continually come over and kill steal from me -- and when one is hypering during 2x - every kill counts.

They don't really ban bots so it's pretty futile to report them but I don't know what's up with the support page. It randomly stops working for me too.

Unfortunately it's true...I haven't really seen Bots being banned. I had seen a few on my server which I reported and nothing happened.

I've tried the page in all browsers, at work and home so I can submit these screen shots.

The thing that is disconcerting is that nothing is done. It is most irritating on a PvE server that YOU are forced to move down and over - because bots continually come up on you and your mobs.

Bad enough we have glitchers and hackers to help folks get rich - but to have bots too..

In Morai I've reported the same bot almost every day for months. I think PWE just doesn't care...

I think that often things small such as this are forgotten, but in reality when you have a person willing to bot, glitch and **** -- word gets around that "Nothing ever happens to them" and .. so others begin doing the same.

So then the question becomes, what type of players does PWI want on their servers? The ones that will do what ever they need to - regardless .. or the ones that do their best to play with in the Terms of Service?

There was a girl that complained about bots a few days earlier and she was so ripped apart in world chat for .. daring... to make a fuss about it... she rage quit right there and announced she was dropping her items in town.... She was called narc, mental, and told to go .. take her meds.

So PWI needs to decide - which type of a player base do they want to inspire... and end up with... those that obey TOS or those that.. do not.. because .. well nothing happens to rule breakers anyway.. or the norm is a 3 day ban.

Pick and choose... I think.

Sadly without active GMs on the servers, bots will continue to get away with it. Any MMO game I've played in the past 15 years, always had GMs that would roam around (invisibly I might add), looming for suspected bots. If they found one they would magically appear, and whisper rhe player. If the player didnt respond within a few seconds, the bot went *poof* which meant a week to a month ban (depending on the game) and if caught a second time botting, was an automatic year ban. If after a year they were caught a third time, the account was banned permanently.

PWI is the first game where botting was treated as nothing important, maybe because they don't care, or don't have the resources/people to ban botting players. Even though I still play PWI from time to time, it will be the first and last game under rhe PWE umbrella that I play because of the lack of adherence to the ToS

The support page is working fine. Try clearing your cache, and/or using a different browser.

Edit: The e-mail was customerservice@perfectworld.com. I'm not aware of a change to that.

Stop wasting your time, they don't ban bot.

PK them or if on PVE server bring a boss on them.

When I go directly to the support page w/o being logged in - the support page does indeed work. However, when I go to login - I then get "Page Not Found".

When I log in first and got to the page - I then get "Page Not Found".

I've tried this at work and at home, and cleared my cache, and used Mozilla, Internet Explorer and Chrome... same results.

Work is Windows 7 - home is Windows 8.

Really not sure why it's not working for me. Thank you for the email, that is not the one I found and used. I'll try it
