...missing categories in ticket submission?

Just a while ago, we were discussing in faction chat trying to help a member submit a ticket.

While discussing in which category they should submit it both a friend and I checked the categories only to find out that you can only submit tickets in:

-Billing Support
-Tech Support

Was this just me and my friend?Did anyone else notice something similar? Is this some kind of error? Did PWE deliberately remove the other categories? f:stare

    You have to select either Billing or Tech Support, and sub-categories for the one you chose will appear.

    You need to have Javascript enabled.

    Yeah I'm also missing the customer support category for things like in-game issues or reporting violations. I'll poke someone about it later.

    That's not what I meant, might have worded it badly, but there were more categories to choose from than just Tech/Billing and the sub-categories from them.
