Demon Cragglord does not save spark

I think this has been reported previously but I couldn't find the thread. It still has not been fixed.

The Demon version of mystic skill Cragglord is supposed to have a 25% chance to save one spark. It does not proc, ever. It neither gives you one spark prior to casting nor refunds one spark after casting.

Those 25% chance things are all probability. Its happened on my archer's demon quickshot which has a 50% chance to increase attack speed therefore it should proc every two times I use it, it doesn't. Plain and simple, its also happened on my mystic where its a 25% chance to proc on demon break in the clouds and sometimes it doesnt proc until like the 10th time.

Yea, but demon cragg is really broken, some mystics claim tried over 100 times and never did proc, ever.

I'm not demon so I can't try it, but in the past it's what demon mystics said.

Agreed, this one is not just a case of someone QQing because it doesn't proc often enough. I know of a mystic that spent most of a day testing and never once had it proc, and others say the same. From those that speak up, it seems like no demon mystic has ever seen it proc.

Has never worked for me :P Break in the clouds Always work for me!.... Now if we want to complain we can always complain how energy leech should be 150% speed increase and should last 9 seconds That also never procs when you need it too.

Demon Cragglord will *never* cost only 1 spark, it will *always* cost 2 sparks
