what the heck where are the new veno/Barb form skills

Ok so this is kind of annoying to me. Why don't the barbs and venos have their new form skills? Why are these two classes being held back from their greater potential. It's annoying me because we are having new expansion and those skills still aren't included.
I would just like to know because it doesn't make since to me as to why we don't gave them.
