I'm a level 89 seeker with pretty good gear. I've been trying to run TT for money but so far, The profit just as much as the cost. TT bosses EAT charmsb:sad!
Anyway, I was wondering, is it even worth it to run TT as a seeker? If so, what are a few tips to make it more economical? Should I just wait for a higher level? What would that level be?

What means pretty good gear for you and which TT are you thing to run ?

Maybe the best would be to use your current time to level to 100 because you will be able to have really better gear after that.

Well, if youd have an OP r9 seeker surely you could do some TT...

Pre lvl 100, i wouldnt bother to TT with any toon. Just forus on becomming 100. As a seeker you get free FC anyway :)

Then when you will be an under geared lvl 100, there still wont be much to do in TT for you. spend most of your time in warsong, dragons den, and aeu. Sell everything you get out of those including the aeu boxes (1m). All should provide you something like 2m average per hour.

And get rid of the habbit of using charms. They are way too costly. They were fun when you got them free every day i guess. Times have changed. I am level 102 and i do farm TT, but surely i wont consider using a charm for that. Way too costly. Better to farm an TT level that i can do without charm (2-3 / 3-1 in my case)
Everything i write is from PvE perspective unless mentioned otherwise.

To address a few things at a time, I don't really use guardian charms. I got a set for free and was using them for a bunch of dungeons.
I have been doing 1-1 through 2-1 mostly in solo mode. When I go to squad mode I either die or use ridiculous amounts of pots/charm.
Pretty good gear would mean full TT80 armor and sword. Rank ring + attendance ring. Decent ornaments. All sharded with flawless critine at least 2 times and refined at least + 2.

Unfortunately seekers are not really a good class to farm tt in until you have decent gear. The main problem is the very low dps you can do and thus receive very little return from bp and using alot of charms/pots.

A cleric would probably have a more profitable time farming solo tt's at that level than seekers as they only need mp pots and no need for hp charms/pots. i did it with my cleric way back in the day. Back then even 1-1 mats had a nice profit. Now days you are better at doing what WannaBM posted

Yes, because people really need 900+ dex or 1000+ magic just for the lulz

Mystics are best class to solo TT at that level, simply because their pets do full damage against the bosses. The same may apply to venos, I don't know.

Seekers? They are AOE specialists with low dps against solo targets.

I suppose it would actually be way easier for a veno because some of their pets could tank. Mystics summons are not made to tank but to dps, so the mystic will need quite good gear to tank (herbs+autoheal is a great help though)
