Hello everyone !
I bet I'm not the only person which lost a instance because of a dc... when you can login back, the instance is reseted.
So I'm here to beg for changes.

Add: Minutes ago I lost another lunar fee ( 3 mil ) and definitely it is not the 1st lunar fee I've lost. Please I beg again for changes.

This is more of a suggestion, as opposed to a noted bug or issue. The game was coded in a way to reset the instance after the player has left, if they were the only person inside said instance. To change this, it would require an overhaul of the game mechanics which were developed way back in 2005 or so.

Also, making a suggestion on PWI-Forums, or any release of Perfect world except PW-CN (Wanmei's Chinese BBS/forums), will go unnoticed. PWE is a publisher, not a developer. You'll need to translate this suggestion into Chinese and post it on Wanmei's BBS.

    Thanks!

Not really. In theory, at least, PWI is perfectly capable of sending our requests to China on our behalf, and they might work on those.

Only thing is it'd take a while to get back to us.

I've never had that kind of problem, tbh. Instance remains yours for 15 minutes after you DC, if I remember correctly, and that, to me, is a perfectly reasonable time.

This... isn't actually the case. Instances stick with the "owner" for some time even after leaving (hence why resetting instances is a common need). In fact, you don't even always lose your instance in the event of a DC when it's on the player's end.

Now when the DC is caused by the server, it would be fairly obvious that you'd lose the instance because the server itself just had a hiccup and that data is gone/reset. However, there's not much that can be done about that.

I'm not sure if I'm being that ignorant but, changing the reset time after a dc to 4 hours (same time as the instance remains ) would solv this problem, and it seems to be very simple... like going on the comand and changing the number.

Another way to solv is building an opition on the opener NPC which allows you to reset that instance, this way we could open an instance and it would reset just via NPC.

This last option is not simple as the 1st but it is way better and not that complicated too.

I know PWI is perfectly capable, what I don't know is if they are allowed to apply such changes, so what, do I said something wrong ? if so explain me pretty please.
