bonus zhen not working

so i charged $200 and only recieved $240 in zhen when im suppose to recieve $300 in zhen. why didnt i get the 15% bonus? i used paypal to pay and when i charged $50 on my other account it went through and gave me my whole package. i just want the rest of my zhen...and if that cant happen i want a refund for it because i only charge during bonus zhen sales.
