so i charged $200 through paypal and i was suppose to recieve basically 300 dollars worth of zhen but instead i only recieved the normal amount. but when i charged on my other character i recieved the full thing. i did submit a ticket but i still would like to get the rest of my zhen. comeon PWE i charged $200 and u only gave me $240

    If you've submitted a ticket, the only thing left to do is wait.

    The people who can help you won't be found on the forums and no one here can actually do anything to help you aside from direct you to submit a ticket.
