Transfering ZEN Problem Please READ

so i just buy $50 zen using Credit Card , when i check my wallet it said Transfer:Declined and my zen is 6050 But my balance is 0, i did not even transfer yet my zen to gold.. b:cry anyone can help me?

    so this means to say i lost my Zen and did not yet even Transfer yet. wtf

    ... No. It means wait for a response to your ticket and work with the person to get your issue solved because the people on the forums can do literally nothing to help you.

    Do remember that common courtesy and patience are both vastly helpful in having an easier time with support. The more concrete details you can provide, the better. Also, the more legible your typing (aka proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation instead of writin liek dis), the easier it will be for them to understand and provide useful responses to you.

    With that advice, I'll go ahead and close this since, as already said, there's nothing those on the forums can actually do for you.
