Removing code abusers refines

This is not gospel, just what I have heard, but apprently, the ppl who abused the code and got **** loads of orbs will not be getting their ill gotten gains taken away from them. One person on morai got 25 orbs got a 1 month ban, and his refines are (apparently) safe. Could a GM respond to this please and confirm? If this is true, these people get full +10, take a months holiday and come back to having op char for free, and knock the snot out of everyone in NW who didn't abuse the code. I will be very disappointed if they get to keep these refines
