WTT 3 Days Ban for 100 Dragon Orb Ocean

Hey GMs if you read this, it's just what everyone playing your games is currently thinking:

You ban for botting, but give those that were online at that time and lucky enough to use/abuse/bug it, a key that gave eventgold worth a year of botting, with Dragon Orbs Ocean worth hundreds of euros (for EACH player) and you are not rolling back the servers...

I'm a bit amazed here to be honest, since usually you are so greedy for money, that even a single Euro you can't earn is making you feel butthurt.

This is both a rage and a goodbye threat, since not just me, but many of my friends and colleagues are quitting your game(s) for good. If you wish to keep your business running, i recommend you to NOT make the same stupid mistake again and again ( Remember dreamchaser code). This much incompetence from your side, makes me think you actually want to kill your game and do such things intended.
I am but studying IT and have not yet programmed anything like a game that big, but even i know that it's not too much work to make a proper script out of the mess you already got there and you just need a tiny bit of effort there. So my advice is: Take responsibility for your mistakes and correct them, instead of crushing several servers economy, by ignoring your mistakes.

apparently i've spent far too much to quit, well i am obviously pissed, but i know many of my friend with T-3 gear +5s and +6s are quitting and -removed-, the reason? well, now that hundreds of people have been able to make their entire gear +10s the people not so geared who have missed this opportunity will need to cash shop dragon orbs to stay on the level of the game-server, this is probably a bigger issue in PvP servers, now tell me.. imagine you are these people. pissed as hell, now that evan more people can 1 shot you, got dragon orbs completely free while you had to spent coins/gold on, well you quit -removed-. i would have done the same if i wasn't well geared myself.

Kitty thinks they'll make code available for the rest when they've got punishments given first(in this order, to make it easier to recognize abusers from those who just had lag) to avoid more abusing. If they don't do that, then Kitty will understand ragequitting. Too many lacks the vice of patience.

Besides, T3+5 ish far from 1-shot. +5 and +10 ish enough difference to give better refined one a slight advantage if equal-skilled, but not enough to make one from equal to 1-shot. If one gets 1-shot, there probably wasn't any chance to do anything about dying already. Kitty noticed this very well in NW.

Here is the things I have thought about relating to this:

- Unless they had end game gear, I can't see them spending the $ to pass those refines over. It can cost more than buying the refines from the get go.

- If they squirreled them away for later use, I can see how this can affect the game in the future - if - they use them on bound gear and I've noticed most use the lunar mats vice TT so they can do a resell.

- If they use them now - how will they fare once the expansion comes and all new gear?


I understand - and I left when the Goon Glitch yielded nothing but a few 3-day bans.. but I decided to come back, hit up a PvE Server where that level increase is not that big of an offset.

And I decided that there will always be botting, cheating, twisting of what ever can be compromised and people trying to get ahead of everyone else.

So - let what they do - not be a burden to you. Voice how you feel, and let the GM's do their job - and hopefully, they will.

But if you let what they do - push you to the point of leaving - and even deleting all of your hard years of effort - because of what you deem as "them getting away with" .. well I did - it was not worth it to "make my point".

But I'm glad I did now because I really like the server I rerolled on. It is a better fit for me.

If you cannot change the outcome - don't sacrifice yourself to try to DO something. Just find some middle ground so you can move on and forward.

Here's the thing - it was never posted what we were getting or how many - in the beginning. I was the 2nd poster when someone said the code was not working (it had a space). I got 3 orbs and other things.

But how was someone later - supposed to know they were not supposed to get 6.

Say they used these 6 - then found out... it was only supposed to be 3.

The other example is - yesterday, after the code was supposed to be made ineffective - we saw many - more than 6+ times - redeem the code in wc on our server.

Those ... need to be perma-banned. This was not a mistake, everyone should be aware by now of the issue.

In all honestly - people need to come to the form to READ - just to be sure if they have any doubt at all.

Even if I was playing and +10 all my gear, I would still get one shot by most of the r9rr players, at most 2 or three shot.
