Thread went missing

Quick question, there was a thread called i believe "Do Not Roll Back Servers", anyone know where it disappeared to?

Couldn't find it off topic, could locate the posts in the discussion thread (incase it got merged), did not find it in lower depth either. Any other place i should check? my searches came up empty, was curious, what happened to it.
