Where is the link to download todays patch manually?

Couldn't find it by myself.
It's not deposited yet? Is this intended?
Updating with client doesn't work or is extremely slow on my side.

Reading the update notes in the maintenance thread is hard...UPDATE 1:58 AM: There were some unexpected last-minute delays with the manual patches. We're hoping they'll be ready tomorrow.Soon™
