i was wondering when and if pwi was gonna do another dreamcatcher ticket thing b:question for new characters? one of my firends seen what i had and can't get one themselves, sorry in advance if this has been asked b4 and if this isnt the right place or thread to post/ask b:cute thanks

    None of us really know in advance.

    They'll announce it on facebook and their twitter when they start it, but aside from that we don't have a way to know.
