this is just a suggestion but i think when you are in a tw faction should stay in that faction till map resets. none of this leaving faction just to go to the faction that is winning. well can join diff faction but not one that is TW ing

    I can understand the frustration when members leave when they don't want to be on the losing side and are gloryhunting so swap sides, instead of trying to improve.

    But, in the cases where people want to leave a TW faction because of drama, leadership failures or a non existant leadership, QQ, blame culture, etc etc I feel your suggestion would unduly punish those people and inhibit them from TW that season.

    On most servers, DW included there's a small number of serious Tw factions, so when picking another the options are very limited. We're actually lucky there's more than just two.
