can't craft warsoul mat through warsoul spirit

i tried to crafting warsoul mat through warsoul spirit but it always said fail. Please fix this thing. thanks :)

    It's not broken, it's always been a chance to craft them (except with some gold mats, which are too expensive anyway).

    Some of them have a really low chance as well, so good luck.

    To get to 100% chance you need to either chip or use the NW supply tokens or use the expensive gold mats you could sell for more than their cost.

    The most cost-effective way is through NW supply tokens.
