Psychic buff glitch in NW?

I'm not sure if this has been addressed before (please let me know if this has been discussed or if I'm posting in the wrong section, I don't use forums very often), but I would like to ask if anyone else has that problem too, if that's a glitch or something...

As far as I know, Soul of Vengeance and Soul of Silence are unpurgeable buffs and even if you log out and log back in they only disappear after the 10min, but I have found many times in NW that the buffs end BEFORE the cooldown (both the duration of the skill and the cooldown are 10min), so I find myself without my buffs and not being able to cast them again until about half minute later... this happens ONLY in NW.

    I believe it's the lag when you teleport/enter maps that freezes the cd. Also happens to me some NW.

    Yeah I have this happen a lot. About 30-40 sec delay.
