deities tear, anyone seen it?

i ve used the pwi resource. which as usual proved to be worthless as **** on a boing pin, and got the coords auto path took me too. i looked for some image of what i'm looking for, nothing. i checked the forums and found an unanswered posting from a month ago in the quest tips section. is it harvestable and just respawned inside the tree, does anyone know? or is that once of those quests that is glitched and i should just trash till they fix it.
