So I have been wondering.

Arrow Inferno, I don't have the skill yet so I haven't actually been able to test it myself.

Would Arrow Inferno work against Vile earth boss? would it stop it's healing? or at least slow it down? or does the skill only effect players?

Yes it does, the effect from Arrow inferno is like Psychic's skill that does the exact same thing. It would cut the healing effect of the Vile Earth boss' heal by 25%. Its something I try to do whenever I did warsongs but most squads don't tend to have issues with the earth boss.

Not necessary; make your veno purge it or block heals entirely with that other curse whose name I forget

and that spark is better spent BV'ing after your BM's HF

The name you're forgetting is Soul Degeneration.

... which very few even consider because Amp. Though it'd be nice if they'd remember they can purge too.

Whoops misread the OP, it wouldn't stop the heal, the only things you can do to stop the heal is purge if off via a veno or archer bow. Sin's, barbs, and bms don't deviate from their apsing or tanking to attempt a purge with a bow or r8 recast weapon. But as I stated in my original reply it would make the heal less effective, and the psy skill I was talking about is Diminished Vigor.
