Seriously NO Explanation from PWI yet?

my 1st post was at 3:46 am server time, now its 10am and still no word from anyone at PWI. a GM/Mod? i have scanned other posts on this an not seen anything to let us know whats going on with East coast server error,

    Was able to login but can't retrieve character infob:victory. PWI Strikes again
