either change up the OHT culti or make the cultis easier ppl cant get them done so cant move forward or learn books all because we either cant kill Hellfire or find peach

    Peach is at the same exact spot

    Hellfire is easy if you can only get 4 people to do a crystal rotation

    Or gear up and one spark him

    Or just make them lvl 100+ quests to nullify the QQers arguments.
