This is a daily quest whose final goal is the fastest boots in the game: http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/23224
To do this quest you will need:
a lot of alts on the same account
a friend with a lot of alts that are opposite gender to yours
money for teleportation fees
Account Stash
Stage 1
Male characters start the quest by talking to Leon Love in the street by the south Banker in Archosaur. Female characters start by talking to Lucy Love near the Etherblade Elder. This initial quest can only be picked up between 7 and 8 pm server time each day.
Your character will be given a random item. There are five different items. What you must do is find a character of opposite gender who has the matching item. For example if the male character gets the item "Harder than Rock" he must find a female who has "Softer than Feathers". If you don't get a match with your initial characters just pick up the quest on more alts until you find a match.
When you have a match form squad with the two people and give lead to the male character. Both must go to the NPC Ma Lin who is standing in front of the boat that leads to Hallucinatory Trench in Dreamweaver Port. The male talks to Ma Lin who sends them to find another NPC.
The next NPC they must talk to is random, and can appear in five different cities: Dreamweaver Port, Cromagnon Village, Snowy Village, Misfortune City, or Charmed Eye Lake. Both characters must go to this next NPC. It is not required to stay close while traveling; you can teleport around safely. You will notice that there are several possible locations for each NPC. This is because the NPC teleports around. It doesn't do this very often so if you lose it once you can usually catch it at the next location. After finding the NPC both characters must be in range and the male speaks to it. Reward is 1 Stone of Love and some pots.
Stage 2
Next the male must talk to Doctor Drieu in Lost City and the female must talk to Sister Su in Plume City. Once again they are given random items; there are 4 possibilities this time. If you do not match with your current partner, you will have to wait until another character gets to stage 2 with the correct item so that you can continue the quest.
Once you find a match both characters must go and talk to Su Donpo in Tusk Town (near the Priest and teleporter there). After both characters are in range and the male talks to Donpo, both characters are transported into the Cube of Fate.
Inside the female should stay still; she does not have to do anything for this part and the spawn area is safe. The male talks to the NPC and then has to talk to three others. The first is directly across from the starting NPC, the second is to the left of the starting NPC, and the third is to the right of the starting NPC. IMPORTANT: You only have 1 minute and 40 seconds to talk to each NPC after you talk to the previous one, so don't waste time.
Standing in your way are dozens of ball mobs. The green ones slow you, the yellow ones stun you, and the red ones take around 40% of your max hp. I do not recommend running straight across the room to the second NPC. Instead hug the walls, it is much safer and you still have enough time.
If you talk to all 4 successfully you are teleported out of Cube into Archosaur and get 1 more Stone of Love and some more pots. If you die to the balls or take too long to talk to the NPCs your quest is over for the day.
Stage 3
Males talk to Lulo in 1000 Streams near the Sage/Demon NPCs. Females talk to Vran on top of Heaven's Tear. Again you get a random item; there are 3 possibilities this time. Continue doing the quest on different characters until you get a match here.
Once you have a matching pair fly to Sanctuary and talk to Lu Zah under the bridge over the water. The male character talks to him twice. He has two quests; I believe they do the same thing. Pick the first one. He will tell you to fly to a certain location.
IMPORTANT: Both characters must reach the point at the same time or the quest will fail. I recommend having the male Embrace the female and fly to the point, then drop the female and the quest should pop up and give you a Bean of Love. Return to Lu Zah with the Bean and you will again get a Stone of Love and pots.
Stage 4
Males talk to Suma the Learned in northwest Archosaur, females talk to Cho Wenchun in southeast Archosaur (the marriage quest couple). You will be given a random item, there are two this time.
I never successfully got a match at this point so I have not experienced this part. But according to pwdatabase.com you must now go to Zoh Kingson in Misfortune City. He will teleport you into the Cube of Fate again. This time you must both survive for 1 minute and 40 seconds (100 Second Stand). If you survive you get a Stone of Love, pots, and a quest item.
Stage 5
Return to Zoh Kingson and give him the quest item. He gives you a random reward of 1-3 more Stones of Love and more pots.
Now as you can see the odds of any single couple reaching the end of this quest are quite low. This is more of a farming over time thing. If you get 4 Stones of Love a night you're doing good. Most importantly the stones are account stashable.
The NPC to exchange Stones is near the north teleporter in Archosaur. Turning in five will get you some random love-related fireworks. Turning in 50 gets you the Chaser of Moon boots. The boots are account stashable.

It's 1.2 not .3 boots. Those are better defensive wise but those boots actually are quite nifty if you not being hit. You have to gear switch a bit to get anything more than running around town fast out of them though.0 -
Yeah I had a demon veno running 11.1 m/s constantly with these boots and that's without demon summer sprint.0

I've been using them to assist with pulls on my bm while zhenning. I'll holy path out of the way of damage, switch to those to maintain damage free distance from mobs and run towards more mobs/switching boots, and use them to maintain quite a nice grouping by being ahead of most damage. OFC once I stop i'm back to my real boots and using roar/aoes all that. So far it's been quite effective in vos. I can do this method without the boots ofc, it pretty standard pulling fair. But they do actually work to make it a bit easier.
edit: just be careful how you use them for anyone reading this that don't have them/really know how to pull well. They are basically the same as wearing nothing at all. The aim is to outrun damage, not take it.0 -

As of a few weeks ago a long lost event is finally available.
Here's a guide I made to raise awareness:
Overview:
Players talk to a particular NPC at 7:00pm-8:00pm server time to receive a random item. The item that a female character gets has to be matched with an item the male character gets and together those two can take a quest for a reward. Doing this quest unlocks the next stage of the event with another NPC and another set of random items that have to be matched (possibly with someone else). There are 4 stages in all and at the end you get a bonus reward. You never need to complete all 4 stages to receive the ultimate prize.

Level Requirement: 30+
Guide:
Stage 1:
At 7:00pm - 8:00pm server time you talk to a particular NPC to pick up a random item.
Male characters go to South Archosaur - Leon Love (553 631)
Female characters go to Etherblade - Lucy Love (434 886)
Male Item and their Female Item Match:
Love at First Sight = You are Unique
Dual-wing Butterfly = Together Forever*
Harder Than Rock = Soft as Feathers
Beautiful as Flower* = Promise of Mountains and Oceans
Till the End of the Days = Till the Ocean Dries
*Some item tooltips have errors, when in doubt check this list
- Form a 2 person squad with a male and female with matching items
- The Male has to have lead
Stage 1 Quest:
- Together go to Dreamweaver Port - Ma Lin (674 361)
- Male takes her quest
You are given a random NPC you have to talk to of the 5 choices below. You have to talk to that NPC with your partner nearby.
Possible NPCs:
-Go to Cromagnon Village - Lu Fan (110 305)
-Go to City of Misfortune - Han Sang (673 967)
-Go to Snowy Village - Hsu Tsing (149 957)
-Go to Dreamweaver Port - Chang Ping (668 370)
-Go to Pierced Heart Lake - Bai Etang (332 697)
These NPCs tend to wander around so if you can't find it at first keep looking.
Stage 1 Reward:

Stage 2:
To start stage 2 you split up to talk to different NPCs. Again the males and females get a new random item that they have to match.
Male characters go to City of Lost - Doctor Drieu (247 646)
Female characters go to City of Plume - Sister Su (325 425)
Male Item and their Female Item Match:
Lover From Each Other = Into Your Eyes
Understand Between = Love in Dream
Stick Together = Breeze under Moonlight
Love Unavoidable = Crazy in Love
Stage 2 Quest:
- Form a 2 person squad with a male and female with matching items
- The Male has to have lead
- Together, go to Tusk Town and talk to Su Donpo (448 339)
This Teleports you to Room 57 of the Cube of Fate.
This room has 3 colors of balls in it.
Red - does 1/3 your HP in damage
Yellow - Slows you
Green - Stuns you
You have to run along the outside counter clockwise talking to the following NPCs.
1) Room 57 Teleporter - (NE corner)
2) Messenger of Strength - (SW corner)
3) Messenger of Courage - (SE corner)
4) Messenger of Decision - (NW corner)
Stage 2 Reward:
Stone of Love
Dew of the Dawn - 5
Stage 3:
To start stage 3 you split up to talk to different NPCs. Again the males and females get a new random item that they have to match.
Male characters go to Thousand Streams - Lulo (129 849)
Female characters go to Heaven's Tear - Vran (468 569)
Male Item and their Female Item Match:
Adore and Love = Firefly and Sparrow
Love Comforts = Love Can't Be Told
Tenderness and Softness* = Fall to the Bottom
Stage 3 Quest:
- Form a 2 person squad with a male and female with matching items
- The Male has to have lead
- Together, go to Sanctuary and talk to Lu Zah (637 564)
It gives you a random location to go to from a set of 5 locations.
IMPORTANT: If the male goes to that location without the female the quest will fail.
The female should get there first or the male should carry her there and drop her.

Hold Your Hand = Get Old Together
Stage 4 Quest:

- Together, go to Misfortune and talk to Zoh Kingson (667 966)
This teleports you to the 100 second stand room in the Cube of Fate where you have to survive for 100 seconds.
Stage 4 Reward:
Stone of Love
Dew of the Dawn - 5
Final Reward:
Talk again to Zoh Kingson (667 966)
Go to Archosaur and talk to Lady Peachblossom (553 653)
Receive:
Stone of Love - 1 ~ 3
Dew of the Dawn - 10
You're done!
Tips and Tricks:
The random item you receive and the Stone of Love reward all can be stashed so alts help a great deal.
It's best to pick up items from alts and stash them all to your main to make finding a match easier.
You can still only do the stages 1 - 4 once per character though but at each stage the item you use can come from another character.
You don't have to ever complete all 4 stages to farm the boots.[sigpic][/sigpic]

Ditto. I always wanted the soul devourer greaves on my barb for lulz's sake. Now I'll get that one.0 -
i did it! with my new chaser of moon event-boots (10 endurance f:stare) my veno is almost 13 m/s fast now. f:bike
some things i want to correct and add to the guides:
-do not stash the quest items. you can do a love quest line only once per day on each char. otherwise the message "incorrect mission time span" will await you!
-if the stage 1 quest will lead you to the "Pierced Heart Lake" (which is hardest to reach) you can use your town portal to get back to city of lost. this way you get back some time you lost reaching that place.
the general tips for world-quests apply here too:
-make sure your toon has a mount and a holypath genie to speed things up
-make sure your toon has a flyer to reach every npc
-make sure to have enough inventory space (1 row is enough for pretty much every quest-line)
-make sure to have enough room in your questlog. many quests cannot be repeated and will fail!
-make sure to have all the teleports and enough money, respectively teleport stones to reach every required npc fast.
bugs i encountered:
-cube quest of stage 2 sometimes fails for no reason and no one dies and timer doesn't run out. so i suggest that male AND female stick together just to be safe.
-as you can see here, the quest got stuck. there should be a timed sub-quest named 'Once In Love' which would lead to the npc 'Sister Su' to give the next quest-tiem. neither relogging nor restarting helped.gear and genies: mypers.pw/1.8/#145766

Stashing quest items is still helpful so you are not forced to use lvl 30 alts when you'd rather use your main. You just cant do the same stage twice on the same char.[sigpic][/sigpic]

Mmm, can't edit first post now but yes I forgot to mention you need 2 spaces in quest log and I think 3 spaces in inventory for these quests. They will fail if you don't have enough space.0
