I know it's not that hard to do, and it'll satisfy a LOT of people while we wait for the blog post.

You know, the blog post that will probably come after maintenance to tell us we no longer get points at all.

    tbh, they did 2x DQ points like once? For Christmas? Like way back when Frankie was still CM? Dunno why you all would expect it to come back at all.

    Why do you want a band-aid to compensate for PWI's clear disrespect for us as players. They are going to remove DQ so what is the point of a 2x.......tbh i dont care that they remove DQ at this point its the fact of HOW they did it...sneaky and behind our backs thinking we wouldnt notice...

    If they are going to do it they should make it retroactive to the last maintenance considering how they announced that the DQ system was closing which scared people into NPCing their DQ already.

    But I don't see them doing it anyway.

    I`d be more worried about keeping your event gold, I`m sill sitting on 500 + gold and no idea whther I should just spend it all and shove the charms + some ref aides onto alt(s).

    I have a small stockpile from spending 8 hours each Friday doing the Assault that no one else wants to do. I have friends that have stockpiled the chests of coins. I'm not being a spoiled brat by asking for something that I KNOW many other people would like.

    You on the other hand ARE being a spoiled brat by suggesting that the people who work for things in this game deserve nothing so that you can feel better about yourself.

    You've basically just said that I shouldn't get a paycheck because you didn't earn one too. Maybe you shouldn't get any of the freebies for spending gold because I didn't spend any gold to get them too?

    I did wait after finding out about the loss of dq in the future, hoping for some sort of guidance from PWI (I know, I know) but I did sell off my stockpile of dq items (and after a day, the points showed up). I'm not a botter (don't even know how those work), but am a player who can no longer afford to put $$ into a free-to-play game. With the loss of dq, I do believe I will be screwed.
    That said, I think it would only be a SMALL kindness to turn on double dq to make up for removing something they put in to repair the damage they did thousands of miles away on a different set of servers that shouldn't have affected us in the firstplaceandi'mstartingtorunonandon.
    Sigh. Is that too much to ask? Really? One last big bump before you rip the bandages off?

    At this point if any of you with stockpiles of DQ havent turned it in yet then i feel bad for you. At this point when they end the DQ counting program which no one knows when that is, you could totally lose out on any points at all...so honestly instead of asking pwi for something they most likely wont give us why not just cash in what you can now before its too late?

    Last 2x, I got at least 500+ DQ from a single Arch Assault, and I wasn't even there the whole time. It stands to reason that someone who had attended more Arch Assaults would have had thousands. Over several 2x and many Arch Assault events, having a stockpile in the order of 10k+ waiting for the next 2x DQP isn't hard to fathom for a legit player.

    People who set up cat shops buying DQ for more than the NPC price could also have a lot.

    Saying only people with stockpiles are botters is petty and stupid.

    They won't turn off the event boutique (yet), since even after the phase out of the DQ point system you could still acquire event gold by doing Celestial Tiger/Jungle Ruins or (ab)using Charge Rewards.
