Core connect malfunction

Lately I am facing a glitch in my core connect page. There was such a field where I could see people I traded or whispered with in game, something like "People you may know". Now I don't have any possible acquaintances or friends though I pm people in game and trade too. What's wrong with my page? Can it be fixed somehow? Help me plz!
