cannot get "the essence" quest

hi, i finished meridian knowledge quests but did not know til after that they needed to be done in order, since i cant get the essence quest now i guess i messed up somehow, is there anyway to straighten this out? ty in advance

    theres at least 10 posts about this, the daily meridian quest has been removed a few weeks ago

    on database you can even see the quest has a lvl req 150 i.e deactivated
