Arc won't open

I wanted to play Neverwinter with a guild.
But I can't without downloading Arc.
So, I downloaded Arc and ticked the box "Open Arc" which didn't.
Then I double click Arc on my desktop, won't open. Run the program as admin, won't open, I'm using Windows 8 if Arc has a problem with Windows 8?
Can't open Arc for the life of me, oh, and repairing it and reinstalling it doesn't work.
Guess I'm screwed and can't play any of your games?

    I cannot play any of your games... if I cannot run Arc
    Stop viewing and not help out... start viewing and helping out.

    You can submit a ticket, or post actual information. Until you do that, any reply to your lack of information is pointless.

    Alternatively, you can look around at some of the other tips that have already been posted that may relate to your issue.

    My apologies SylenThunder

    Figured it out myself.
    All I did was tick on Compatibility Mode under properties.
