I've submitted 3 tickets over an issue and my questions weren't answered before PWE support deleted two of them.
I just submitted the 3rd, so we'll see if this one gets deleted as well.

    My 3rd ticket over this matter was deleted today. I have all the emails saying that PWE got my tickets and when I look at the my ticket history, all of those tickets are gone.
    Just submitted the 4th ticket.

    Do you mean you can't access the ticket? Or that they closed it without giving an answer. If the former, you could try sending an email customerservice@perfectworld.com. For the latter, I would go to this site https://support.perfectworld.com/app/account/overview and see if you don't have an answer in the closed section. If they seem to not exist at all, I dunno.

    What's going on is the first ticket I sent, I got an answer, but it wasn't a very good one, so I asked for some clarification. They eventually just deleted it. It no longer exists in my ticket history. So I sent in another one. It got deleted as well. It happened a again and now I'm just waiting for a response.

    I find the whole ticket system itself to be very biased. I have heard many instances where people got banned (temp to permanent) for the smallest game infractions that are reported. Yet then i hear that some people can submit several detailed tickets of a major infraction with screen shots as proof (such as Harassment and such) and because the person in question has put lots of money into the game they say that they will investigate it, but then they do absolutely nothing. I mean what is the point of having a ToS if they wont enforce it on the people that line their pockets? I would also love to know how long a person should wait after they are told that their ticket is being investigated before that person can expect to see results on average? Also how will that person even know if a course of action has been taken?

    Then I don't know what to tell you, except hopefully that one gets resolved. You may also have to just accept the answer they gave you the first time.
