How do I open the L50 supply stash

Unfortunately the lvl 50 supply stash requires a Perfect Iron Hammer to open, I told all my faction members to get it for me, did gold trading, and everything I could, but to no avail. I never wanted to pay real money, either. Why does the L50 supply stash require a Perfect Iron Hammer and how do I get it?

    It's only available from the cash shop, or from other players who got it from the cash shop.

    Neither it, nor any of the subsequent supply stashes, have anything worth the 1 gold it costs during the current sale, let alone the 5 gold it costs when not on sale.
