Cooldown of Veno Pet Skill "Shocking Sky" changed?

I am a veno in Heavens Tear server. I realized that the cooldown of the evolution pet skill "Shocking Sky" is about 15 seconds but the skill description shows it is only 1 second cooldown. Is it a change or an error. Please fix it. Thanks.

    1 second sounds like a typo. I would imagine 15 seconds is correct.

    The 1 second was a typo indeed, its actual cooldown is 15 seconds or 30 seconds, I don't remember.
