I started to play this game briefly after first servers opened. So in a way I have been around since the very beginning. Played totally on 4 servers, periodically taking breaks and then usually starting over again.
The peak of fun for me was the spring before the packs came, best MMORPG experience I ever had. The memories of those times was the reason I kept coming back again and again, trying to reconnect with my past experience and good old days.
Packs brought the real world into the game, the same world people try to avoid by playing computer games. One could also say that the 'real world' was there all along, since cash shop was there from the very beginning. I can't disagree. But packs where the ones that rubbed that fact in the face, and game lost all the innocence it had.
Why do I mention packs? Is it because of the clear and apparent disadvantage paying players had? Not the real reason, but it still is a fact. Then again, it's nothing one should complain about, as in reality it's just any other business run buy a company determined to make money by exploiting a certain characteristic trait in the target audience. The change that hit me personally was the change in community. How it lost so many decent players... And the dreadful egos that came to take their place.



The game itself never died, it just lost the soul it had. b:scorn

    I checked some of the facts he listed and they were spot on. He wasn't lying.
    Women do receive lesser penalties for crimes and have lower conviction rates.
    Some laws (Speaking only from a U.S. stand point, I'm aware you're not a U.S. citizen Vedovis) also specifically reward women and not men.

    Oh, and not to let this opportunity slip, I would like to point out another things.


    Kniraven at the start creates a "fog" of credability, using that as a cover he throws an insult.
    I'll also explain that credability thing. What he does is also derailing. That means that his head in struck by the complex of superiority.

    Also take a note that somewhere in his consiosnes he has an image of 'white knight' floating.



    Puting this together and an image of mangina starts to form. You can look it up with a search engine if you are curious what it means.
