Hi

am just wondering because i dont really do this much but its been two days to 3 days now i dont know what to do..;(

I got an items from a Packs that gives a flyer of any choice but i have to send a ticket to be able to get it. but its been 2-3days and my ticket is still open how long do i wait.. sorry it didnt say how long we wait to the ticket will take..

im sorry if i dont have patients its been 3days and im still waiting
i got an (Augment Device)
saying that I won a Flyer! Submit a ticket to PWI of the Name of your flyer and we'll Grant your wish

Please be patient. It seems like the team is getting a lot of traffic from tickets. It should be answered soon. I've sent in a ticket a while ago as well, and I haven't received a reply yet, when they usually always respond on time.

That's my only suggestion. Don't send in any more tickets, as that would complicate things.

If you send in a new ticket, it bumps all of your stuff to the bottom of the stack.

Have patience. The only way you will get it resolved is through the ticketing system. You're still well within the normal guidelines.
